Crimson Gulf was established in June 2012 with the acquisition of ofisliore pipelines located in the
Gulf of Mexico. The pipelines are operated from ofiices in Gray, LA. ’Il1e Louisiana pipeline
network, which traverses approximately 800 miles, is comprised of 10 pipeline systems connecting
to more than 100 oflshore oilplz1(fiJrms located on the outer continental shelf of the Gulf.
