Crimson Gulf was established in June 2012 with the acquisition ofofishare pipelines located in the
Gulf of Mexico. The pipelines are operated from oflices in Gray, LA. The Louisiana pipeline
network, which traverses approximately 800 miles, is comprised of 10 pipeline systems connecting
to more than 100 offshore oil platforms located on the outer continental shelf of the Gulf.
